How Holy Fire & Genuine Sisterhood transformed my life
One year ago everything changed when i made the choice to stay- to no longer run away from myself, from that buried pain that expressed itself through a chronic inflammation for over 30 years. Being a healer, spiritual teacher for over 10 years i done a lot of healings and methods but still that chronic pain remained and i knew its time to dive deeper --> time to connect with me and the feelings within my body how i haven’t before.
I decided “i stay in the fire no matter what”.
That fire of God that brings truth, transforms everything that is not aligned and elevates every aspect into well being with grace and gentleness.
So i chose truth when it cracked me open, I chose truth and letting go of “fake” safety which meant “keeping others happy” or not making them uncomfortable
and finally chose me - my voice, my truth, my raw expression, my “too much” as just right.
I stopped spiritually intellectualising my wounds and really dropped into my feeling, my big feelings…especially my rage.
I finally was able to free my rage and found safe ways to process it through powerful embodiment practices. I leaned on the support from my sisters - genuine friendships
who always saw my truth and held me with love through deep emotional phases. No more “holding it together” - i allowed to be witnessed in my shadow and light.
This brought a whole identity shift and transformation which led me to:
• healing 30 years of chronic inflammation
• becoming my own safe space
• feeling home in and trusting my own body
• trusting myself again after years of self abandonment
• having back my joy for life and actually feeling safe experiencing the sweetness & pleasure in it
• that I full-heartedly can say and feel how proud I am of who I am, what I've been through and who I'm becoming for the first time in my life
• falling in love with myself on a way deeper level.
• shifting my standards in dating from doing 50-50 to fully naturally receiving being 100% provided for
• having a strengthened faith and I have courage for myself like I never had before for my way
• letting go of my given name and choosing my own
This is how the medicine and power of women circle and genuine sisterhood changed my life :
• I experienced a financial Quantum leap: my income actually increased from $200 on my bank account to 9,000$ revenue, signing my first 3 long term clients in two weeks
after i was being seen and witnessed in front of a group of women vulnerably declaring my truth and showing up in all that i am which instantly healed deep rejection wounds and catapulted me in permission to really own who I am.
• My ego story of “nobody understands me” that kept me lonely for many years got shattered after sitting in circles listening to many women with the same wounds and desires realising the story may differ, the rest not, it soften my edges and opened my heart again.
• Vulnerability which i feared for so long, became my strength and medicine for myself and others.
I stopped apologising for my big feelings and allowed vulnerability to become a way back to my own heart & power.
• I got gifted real genuine sisterhood friendships without which i know i wouldn’t be where i am today.
The choice to stand in the Fire and the medicine of genuine Sisterhood were the keys to my own resurrection
- i remembered who i really am and claimed the seat at Gods table that was always there.
